Eden Angel Collection Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Processing times generally range from 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

If your order includes a personalized packaging video, additional processing time may be required before shipment.

2. Shipping Destinations

Eden Angel Collection ships to eligible domestic and international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, carrier restrictions, and service availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

  • Applicable taxes or duties

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic Orders: 2–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

  • Some International destinations may take longer than 8 weeks. Please make sure you plan accordingly. These destinations have customs and clearing process that takes a while longer.

  • Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging receipt of their shipment where necessary.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Eden Angel Collection is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's services and policies.

Eden Angel Collection is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Packages reported as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues and notify us if assistance is required.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)

  • Photographs of the packaging

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing, packaging, video production, or shipment preparation, we may be unable to modify or cancel the order.

11. Packaging Videos

Certain orders may qualify for or include a personalized packaging video for social media or promotional purposes.

The creation of a packaging video does not guarantee a specific shipping date and may require additional preparation time.
